Reiki Energy Healing & Meditation

Service Description

Offering a transformative group class that begins with a Palo Santo energy clearing to create a sacred space. Through a combination of guided meditation, singing bowls, tuning forks, and reiki energy healing, participants are invited to relax, heal, and release. This session is dedicated to setting intentions, connecting with your higher self, and embracing a deeper sense of inner peace and balance. Please wear warm and comfortable clothing if the weather is cold and consider bringing an extra pillow or blanket to the studio for your own comfort while laying down. Yoga mats, pillows and blankets are provided at the studio. This class takes place at "The Center". Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class to ensure a smooth start for everyone. Enter the studio on the ground floor by ringing "The Center" and then enter the first door on the right. Gently push both doors open. If you have any physical or mental health concerns, please contact your doctor before attending class.
