Booking Policy - Terms & Conditions

Please read all of the following information carefully as this shall constitute as a binding agreement for the retreat. By completeing the booking you are agreeing to the following: You will be contacted within 3 days of booking to complete your registration and confirm your participation. Confirmation of your booking doesn't necessarily mean that the trip is confirmed to run. A minimum of 6 participants are required in order for the retreat to take place. *All participants must be over the age of 18. Passport/Personalausweis required. All payments are in Euros and the participants are held responsible for any extra conversion fees or charges that result from booking. Booking must be paid 40 days before retreat start or face cancellation All travel expenses or other expenses outside of what is described as covered in the retreat cost are the responsibility of the participant. Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or other mental and physical conditions that could effect travel or participation including medications being taken. Please contact us with any concerns. All activities and participation are at your own risk. A vegetarian/vegan menu will be served with vegan options always available. For any additional allergies or dietary requirements we must be informed at the time of booking. Any photos/videos/content creation that may be taken of individuals during the retreat can be used for our promotional materials unless the individual requests in writing not to have their image used. Cancellations must be made in writing and our response acknowledged in writing. The deposit for the retreat is not refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations made before Febuary 14, 2025, will receive a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made between Febuary 14, 2025 and April 14, 2025 will recieve a 50% refund minus the depsit. Cancellations made after April 14, 2025 will not be refunded. Under special cirumstances, apart from the deposit, refunds can be made for serious injury or illness of the client, or serious injury or illness of a close family member. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat or refuse a booking for any reason. The retreat will not be canceled less than 60 days before the start except for unusual or unforseen circumstances outside of our control. In these situations a full refund would be processed for the retreat. All other expenses incurred would be the responisbility of the participant.
